k so a quick recap...i was busto for exactly 1 day...i got my rakeback, 27 dollars, and started going to work on 5 dollar sngs...i'm at 50 after two days but i should be at about 70...2 places tonight, first and second, and then 3 busts...qq vs ak in one...

i wonder what some people think...so that turned my winning night into a .60 cent winnings...i'm mad at myself that i couldn't beat this table full of comlete morons...everyone but one other person had roi's worse than -10 percent...3 were at -35 or worse...but i have been playing well...not as aggressive as brandon...i've definitely chilled on the jamming in the endgame...the last few games i've been pretty card dead...but when i finally do get a double up, i play the big stack agg and feel like i'm loosening up just right...

Looking Forward

well it's gonna happen...i'm going to be busto...i've been very happy with my play this week...i didn't win...but i feel like i'm playing late bubble sngs so much better...but thirds...i'm not getting stacked enough...brandon builds stacks on the bubble, i just maintain or fall off till i jam and lose...i need to learn more...i'm going to dedicate alot of time to sngs when i buy back in....mtts aren't going to even be on my agenda for a long time...maybe someday again but my next bankroll will be strictly sngs till at least 800 dollars...which i don't even know if i'll be winning...who knows...i'm thinking about it positively...1. i get to play 10 dollar sngs again...5 dollar sngs make me so frusterated...2. i'm gonna get poker office which will help i'm sure...3. icm...i need to get sng wiz and just start running hands...i need to learn more about ranges...assigning ranges basically...i feel like i'm giving a good range but don't know how to relate it to stack sizes and people always seem to call me loosely...so yeah i'll take a few weeks off prolly...post on cp...i feel like i give good advice alot but i can't even apply it to my own game apparently...

It's Been a While

i haven't stopped playing...but i've stopped winning...got screwed by my connection the other night here at work...that cost me 35 bucks...i have 120 dollars...i'm going to go against any bankroll management advice that i've given to anyone on cp and i'm going to go into 4 20 dollar sngs....i played 3 the other night and i placed 2 thirds...but the bubble section of a 20 dollar sng is sooooo much different than in the 5 dollar sngs i was running...i remember seeing a post from sprstoner about if it's possible to crack 5 dollar sngs...which he was playing at the time like 2 or 3 years ago...i don't know...playing straight up poker, not playing icm...maybe...if you play a jam game on the bubble, and give everyone a loose calling range (which most are) there's no room to jam anything...and if you think someone who isn't loose won't call, you get called by a7 when you have a6...i just got totally beat up in these low level sngs...i think it's attributed to the widely available poker info everywhere now...when i first started i was playing 10 dollar sngs, and i wasn't winning them at all, i remember cashing the midnighter for 500 bucks and i was so happy that i didn't have to play 10 dollar and 5 dollar sngs anymore...i can't wait for that again...brandon killed 10 dollar sngs...maybe i'm just bad and i have no point in playing anymore...

My New Plan Continued

well i was working on my game last week...multi tabling 5 dollar sngs...i am playing better...today when i went to bed, i couldnt wait to play tonight...then i woke up and didn't know if i was feeling it or not...just uneasy...i got here...opened 3 up...busto all of them...2 on the bubble, one before...very loose callers tonight...i made 2 ace jams...one a9...one a7...both were called by one higher kicker respectively...i had a tight image i know that...but then i jam a9 and get cold called by a10 os...the guy was thinking i was a donk i could tell by his after chat...he just said "bye" like he was sick of me...i hate people like him...he's a donkey and he doesn't even know it...he thinks i'm so weak because he had me outkicked...he doesn't understand that calling a10 there for 9 bbs on the bubble with a similar stack size is just ugly...the a7 was on the bubble too...called by a8...he had a larger stack than me but still a horrid call...the other busto i was utg +2...the big stack (3900) 3x'd from utg...i had seen him do that before and cbet the flop...i get 99 and have 7 bbs after his raise...i could've passed...i figured i was against ak or aq...and that's even if i get a call...he had 10 10....people are so eager to call into races...i guess i'm so eager to push into races though...that wasn't on the bubble...6 left i think...i'm trying to decide if i should fire three up right now or just let the night go and cut my loses...i know i'm not feeling it if i'm questioning myself...
